Passionate Participation
We don’t want people to sit around twiddling their thumbs. It’s not good for their thumbs and it’s not good for our community. We’re a community of do-ers and we’re helping people to do and to organise things all the time – from big parties for everyone to the little street jumble sale for neighbours and the odd curious passer-by.
Our Aims
-
Get Involved
Run or support things that happen in the town and make people smile, get fit or involved and busy
-
Organise
Organise, support or promote high quality events that give Andover a buzz or get people doing something
-
Support
Support any person or group running or setting up a club or event that’s open to lots of different people, gets people doing something positive which is good for the town
Projects

Andover Vision Live events are free, community knees up, parties, events, celebrations that are open to lots of people. Our events help make the town swing, and create a vibrant and exciting atmosphere. They bring people, right from the tiniest tot to our most senior citizen together to enjoy food, music, theatre, sports and the magic of Christmas.

Andover people have big hearts. Right across the town, there are selfless people doing really special things for our community. And we thought it was about time we took these people into the limelight and said thank you from us all. We do this through the Pride Awards.
