A 21st Century Home

Life moves on and we’re moving on too. We’re bringing our business parks into the 21st century.

Businesses like our town. Many household names already call it home. And we’re tempting more to come here with swish new offices, high speed broadband, and that fantastic road and rail network.

All of our main business park centres are only minutes away from the main roads and the railway station. And to make sure our accommodation matches our business bosses’ needs and ambitions, we’re already building for the future at our business parks

Andover Commercial Park (which some people know as the Airfield Development)

This is a pretty big space in a prime spot. It’s just metres from the A303 and there’s planning permission for over 1.5million square feet of business park. The development is bucking the national trend for doom and gloom and bringing hundreds of new jobs to the town and a very bright boost to the local economy. But none of this happens by accident, and Andover Vision partners are making it their mission to make it happen.

Walworth Business Park Regeneration

It comes to us all - eventually. Time, eventually, takes its toll. And we all need a bit of help to bring back the sparkle and return to our former glory. For us, it might be a bit of botox or a touch of dye that does the trick. But for the Walworth Business Park, rejuvenation is coming in the shape of a new partner.

We hope to put the spring back in the business park’s step by supporting Test Valley Borough Council’s quest to find a regeneration partner for the area. New blood, new investment and new ideas will give the whole area a full-on, 21^st Century boost, reinvigorating and supporting the great businesses that are there already and attracting new businesses to this (once again) ideal location.

Theatre Plaza

The Theatre Plaza project is bringing a little extra pizzazz and cosmopolitan feel to the town. The plaza is right in the centre of town and will have a mix of smart town centre housing, restaurants and a new hotel. Building work on this gem is due to start later in the year.
